Tens of welding method reports, WPS and QPR standards approved by TÜV and similar organizations are available in the company archive to weld in various thicknesses, alloy groups and different conditions registered on ŞAHANSAN Engineering regarding the welding of pressure vessels. In the case of a welding method that has not been done before, the sample is welded. The radiographic, macro and physical tests written in the relevant standards are performed in laboratories with competence in this field and QPR reports are prepared. If the test results are relevant, WPS reports falling under the QPR method’s scope are prepared and included in the manufacturing plant.
