DESCRIPTION OF CONTAINER FILLING SYSTEM:
The container filling system consists of a container loader and product warehouses that will work synchronously with this loader, transmission machines between the warehouse loader (conveyor, spiral, elevator, damper) and an automation system that provides the control of these mechanisms. The most critical device here is the hydraulically operated container loader. The remaining devices and automation system can be designed unlimitedly by our company in line with the customer’s needs.

Şahansan Container Loader systems take 20 feet of standard containers over the truck trailer without any crane. They turn them 90 degrees to a vertical position, open the doors utilizing hydraulic arms, allow the container volume filled 100%, weigh and load it back onto the vehicle. At the same time, container loaders can be designed according to your needs under different chassis and operating characteristics to load with forklift or stacker according to your company’s needs.
