Project: Construction of Fluid Bed Drying Unit and disassembly of the old unit
Scope:
- Dismantling of the old rotary drying system of Penta1 Factory
- Special steel composite reinforced concrete construction for the assembly of Comessa brand dryers and outbuildings
- Installation of Comessa brand dryers
- Installation of heaters, cyclones, fans, scrubbers and other auxiliary equipment of dryers
- Manufacture and installation of process piping
- Testing the system in working condition
- During the construction of this system, the old system was backed up, and the factory’s production was not stopped during the operation.

Project: Installing inner liner container filling system in Building C of Penta 4 and Penta 5 factories
Scope: –
- To fill 20-foot standard containers in bulk up to 28 tons, the design and manufacture of 2 container loading machines with an automatic weighing system can take the boxes from the truck to 90 degrees and open and close their lids.
- Manufacture and supply of Belt Conveyors, manual and pneumatic sliding flap systems required to receive the goods from storage silos in the system
- Establishment of an electrical-automation system that enables the desired amount of filling from the desired silo of the system
- Construction of an exceptional suspended steel construction porch with tension from the existing building in the filling area
- Operating the system and performing performance tests
- Giving the necessary training and orientation studies to the operating personnel
- Delivery of the system to operation
